Air-cooled central chiller plant with a Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) air handling unit with heat-recovery is provided at the rooftop to condition all required ventilation air. Conditioned outside air and chilled water is distributed to interior Fan Powered Terminal Units (FPTU’s) containing a cooling coil. Comfort heating will be provided by electric re-heat coils located within the FPTU’s. FPTU chilled water flow, ventilation air, and fan speed will be modulated by the EMCS to match load requirements.
